This policy explains what Florix Art does with the information you give us through this website.

What we collect

When you submit the contact form we collect the name, email address, phone number, selected service and message you type. If you subscribe to updates we collect your email address. We do not ask for payment details on this site.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote.
• To keep a record of the job so we can reprint it later.
• To send occasional offers, if you asked for them.

Who sees it

Enquiries are stored in our own database and emailed to our studio inbox through a transactional email provider. We do not sell your information and we do not share it with anyone who is not working on your job.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept while they remain commercially useful. You can ask us to delete yours at any time by writing to info@florixart.com.

Cookies

This site sets a cookie only when an administrator signs in to the content panel. Visitors browsing the public pages are not tracked with advertising cookies.
