Terms of Service

These terms apply to print work carried out by Florix Art. A signed quotation or a confirmed order is taken as acceptance of them.

Quotations

Quotes are valid for 14 days and assume print-ready artwork. Changes to quantity, stock, size or finishing after a quote is issued may change the price.

Artwork and proofs

You are responsible for the accuracy of supplied artwork, including spelling, dates and contact details. We provide a digital proof before production; approving that proof approves the file as it stands. Printed colour can differ slightly from a screen — request a physical proof when an exact match matters.

Production and delivery

Turnaround times start from proof approval and receipt of any agreed deposit. Delivery dates are estimates given in good faith; we are not liable for delays caused by couriers or events outside our control.

Quantity tolerance

Trade practice allows a variance of up to 5% over or under the ordered quantity on longer runs. Charges are adjusted to the delivered quantity.

Payment

A deposit may be required before production begins. The balance is due on delivery unless credit terms have been agreed in writing.

Claims

Any claim relating to quality or quantity must reach us within seven days of delivery. Where a fault is ours, our liability is limited to reprinting the affected work.
