Organic Tea Packaging

Sylhet Leaf sells loose-leaf tea in a crowded shelf category where almost every competitor uses a printed pouch. The brief was to look like the only real product on the shelf.

Structure first

We prototyped three dielines in the actual board before any artwork existed. The chosen carton has a tuck-top with a die-cut window, patched with food-safe film so the leaf is visible without exposing it to air.

Finish

Uncoated kraft board printed in two spot colours, with an aqueous seal on the inside face for grease resistance. No lamination, which keeps the carton recyclable.
