The set

One 6 x 3 metre stage backdrop on blockout fabric, fourteen roll-up stands for the sponsor concourse, and a wayfinding set of twenty foamboard panels.

Why fabric

A tensioned fabric backdrop ships folded, sets up without a crease line under stage lighting, and survives being struck and re-hung between sessions. Vinyl would have shown every fold on camera.
